Do you know that each module is the size of a 20 foot shipping container? It has advantages in labor, time, transport and cost: The cost of each module is lower than modifying a container,  since it already includes insulation material, you do not need to add it, and they are new, so you do not have to worry about sanding, painting and disinfecting it, each one of them can be used by itself, or combined with other units to form larger rooms houses, and / or stacked on two levels.
The construction does not require welding, and can be assembled in a few hours using simple tools and few people. Up to 15 unassembled units can be transported in a container, improving assembly time and transportation cost.
Each module is a kit, and includes all the elements of the structure, walls, ceiling and floor.
The steel we use for structures and decks is cold formed Q235 or
SS400
, the same gauge used in large structures, ships and bridges.
The sandwich panel for walls  includes 50 mm of  fiberglass wool, which have classification A, marked as  fireproof, and avoid the effect of thermal bridge inside, improving in more than 75% performance against cold and heat and sound with international standards.
The floor included is made from fiber cement boards, which can be used as a subfloor to place a high-end finish: ceramic, PVC, porcelain, granite, carpet, etc. The fiber cement floor supports 200 kg per square meter.
It also includes a door and two windows per unit.
Module measurements are: 3 meters X 6 meters X 2.85 meters high.
All materials are 100% new, certified as ecological fireproof (fireproof, class A and B materials).
