Fair Condition Mobile Home for Sale!

Description

Home is old and needs to be moved off of property when sold. The buyer has one week to get it out of the location that it is in. There are three medium size trees that need to be cut down to get it out. I don't believe there are axles on the trailer and no hitch. Furniture in mobile home is not included. It seems to be livable, with no noticeable damage... with needing deep cleaning, repairs, of windows, and some roof maintenance.
